I am a facilitator of change, a relationship builder, and a conflict transformer. I believe that we all have the capacity to work through conflict and disagreement to cultivate more compassionate and respectful relationships with our colleagues, families, and community. Empathy, integrity and accountability guide my work and enable me to connect authentically with you and your world.

As restorative practices spread around the world, scholars and practitioners have begun to ask very important questions: How should restorative practices be taught? What educational structures and methods are in alignment with restorative values and principles?
